Joe Babington Presides Over Chicago Meeting Of Trial Attorneys Of America

Firm partner Joe Babington presided over the annual meeting of the Trial Attorneys of America in Chicago from June 12-14, 2019. For the past two years, Mr. Babington has served as TAA president. TAA, which celebrated its 50th anniversary at this year’s meeting, is an organization of leading product liability and commercial litigation trial attorneys from across United States. Mr. Babington is a member of the TAA Board of Directors and previously served as program director for two years. During this year’s meeting, Mr. Babington also presented an update on recent important cases from the 11th Circuit as part of the organization’s “short-circuit” program.
