Professional Experience
As an associate at Helmsing Leach, Rachel practices a variety of civil litigation and transactional law. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she moved to Oxford, Mississippi where she attended the University of Mississippi for her undergraduate studies and law school. While pursuing her J.D., Rachel gained experience in real estate law through the Low-Income Housing Clinic and a private practice real estate firm. She also published five articles for the National Sea Grant Law Center. Before joining Helmsing Leach, Rachel practiced in Texas then clerked for Mobile County Circuit Court Judge Michael P. Windom.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog. She is a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and the Junior League of Mobile.
