Our Firm provides a unique combination of a large law firm style practice in a small firm setting. The large law firm style practice has numerous advantages, including having an established client base which provides important, interesting and rewarding work. It also allows us to practice in a broad range of areas, including complex litigation and transactional work usually reserved for firms much larger than ours.

The small size of our Firm offers the lawyers, especially the associates, increased opportunities to freely move from one practice area to another and to develop their own practice areas as they desire. The small size also allows our Firm to operate without any departmentalization, formal mentoring system, or other strict organizational rules and requirements. Being small in number also gives every lawyer the opportunity to have a great deal of input in their own practice, and to have input in Firm wide decisions. The sense of camaraderie and the willingness to assist each other flourishes only in a small firm such as ours.

New associates are typically given roles that put them in direct contact with clients and other lawyers as quickly as possible, working closely with the older associates and the partners on each assignment. This project by project development eliminates the need for a formal mentoring system. New associates will receive the advice and training they need to competently represent our clients while doing challenging and rewarding work. This allows the new associates to develop their skills in a way that keeps them interested and enthusiastic about the practice of law while providing a valuable service to our clients.
