| D. Andrew StivenderAndy grew up in the Nashville, Tennessee area and received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. After college, Andy attended the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review.
After graduating from law school cum laude in 2004, Andy clerked for Justice Champ Lyons, Jr., Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama. After his clerkship with Justice Lyons, Andy joined the firm in the Fall of 2006.
Andy's practice focuses mainly on civil defense litigation. He is a member of the American, Alabama, and Mobile Bar Associations, and he has been admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. |
