| R. Alan AlexanderR. Alan Alexander is a 1978 graduate of the University of South Alabama with a B.S. Degree in Accounting. He worked for three years in the paper industry prior to attending Cumberland School of Law where he received his J.D. Degree in 1983. Mr. Alexander is a graduate of the Defense Counsel Trial Academy sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel and is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
A member of both the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar, Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, all state courts of Alabama, including the Supreme Court of Alabama. He is an author and frequent lecturer on health care risk management and trial preparation issues. Mr. Alexander has been included in The Best Lawyers in America publication.Representative Cases:
