Helmsing, Leach, Herlong, Newman, & Rouse, P.C. is engaged, primarily by employers but also employees, in employment-related transactions and disputes. Over the past decade, we have developed extensive and significant experience in this growing area of law. We negotiate and draft employment contracts, handbooks, and policies. We advise clients on day-to-day issues regarding compliance with such documents and state and federal law governing the relationships between employer and employee.

We handle trials as well as administrative claims before the EEOC and other regulatory bodies, workman's compensation cases, and other employment litigation. We represent employers in all varieties of discrimination claims, including race, sex, age, and disability, as well as claims alleging noncompliance with other federal and state law requirements.
