Some of our lawyers successfully represented Kumho Tire Company before the trial court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court in the case in which the Supreme Court made its landmark decision clarifying that the trial court's gatekeeping duty under Federal Rule of Evidence 702, explaining it applies to all experts and not just scientific experts (Kumho Tire Co. v.
